Overview:
Our urgent care and occupational medicine clinic in Monterey is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide outpatient care across a wide range of urgent, orthopedic, and occupational health needs. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with strong compensation and relocation support.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Competitive compensation: $150,000–187,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat urgent care and occupational medicine patients
- Manage eye injuries, orthopedic injuries, and minor acute conditions
- Perform suturing, joint injections, and minor procedures
- Provide treatment for sick visits and non-emergent injuries
- Conduct occupational health evaluations, including DOT-related services
- Deliver patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in an outpatient setting
- Document patient encounters accurately in medical records
Qualifications:
- Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in California
- 1 year of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, orthopedics, or occupational medicine preferred
- Willingness to obtain DOT certification
- Strong ability to work independently
