1 NP Urgentivist for PERM
Provider Urgent Care to patients at their residents.
Job Details:
NO NEW GRADS!!!
2+ years of SOLID experience as an practitioner
Experience with Home Visits a Plus, but not required
BC REQUIRED
DEA REQUIRED
Ideal Candidate will have a background in any of the following areas: Palliative Care, Urgent Care, Trauma, ER, ICU etc.
Patient Load: 5-6 per day House Calls (will all be in the same relative area - close to providers home)
EMR: Client has their own that a provider is trained on
Schedule: M-F 8A-5P plus weekend call rotations (once every 3-5 weeks depending on location)
Ages Seen: No kids, but can be anything from young adults to geriatrics.
They will consider paying relocation.
