EMR- Allscripts
Credentialing- 1-2 weeks
Fulltime and PRN needs
Local candidates preferred
Open shifts:
ASAP through 5/31/2022 with options to possibly extend
Redmond, WA: Monday-Friday 8a to 5p. (ASAP - 5/31/2022)
Lacey, WA: Monday -Friday 8a-5p with possibility to extend at this location or float to other Seattle clinics (asac-03/31/2022)
Puyallup, WA: every Saturday 9a-5p with possibility to extend. (2/26/2022-4/30/33 with extension possible)
DOT highly preferred if not may do a 2 week training prior to covering
Tukwila, WA: Monday - Friday 8a-5p. (1/31/22-4/30/22)
Tacoma, WA: Monday-Friday 8a-5p. (2/14/22-4/30/22)
REQUIREMENTS:
WA Active State License
DEA
BLS
DOT Certification
1 year of OccMed with Workers Comp experience
