Muncie, IN: 2/7-8, 2/10, 2/14 Mon/Tues 6a-4p, Thurs 7a-5p
Greenfield, IN: 4/4-7 7a-6p and 5/31-6/2 7a-6p
Greenfield, IN: 2/4-5/4 Mon-Wed, Fri (no Thurs): M/Tu/F 7a-6p, W 7a-12p
Basic Description
On-site clinics for employees and their family members
Most clinics are on-site at businesses, but some are stand alone clinics
Avg 2-3 patients per hour
Primary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
EMR: eCW (eClinicalWorks)
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
Experience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus
BLS and/or ACLS required
Phlebotomy certification is a plus
IN Active State License
DEA
Suturing a plus
Must be comfortable with all ages
