Now Hiring: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Neurology
Southeast Florida
Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

A leading South Florida health system is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join its neurology team in an acute care setting. This is a full-time, weekday position working in a collaborative and high-acuity environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage care of complex acutely ill neurology patients

• Perform assessments, order and interpret labs/tests, and develop treatment plans

• Prescribe medications, perform approved procedures, and educate patients/families

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the care continuum

• Contribute to quality improvement, throughput, and patient satisfaction initiatives

What’s Required:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing

• Active Florida APRN license

• BLS & ACLS (as per specialty)

• DEA license (as required)

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner

• Minimum 3 years RN experience plus neurology experience required

• Must meet all Florida CEU/licensure requirements
