Urology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practioner Locums position in Pittsfield, Massachusettes (MA)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Urology APP provider for full-time locum tenens coverage for 8 weeks in Pittsfield, Massachusettes (MA). Starting February 2026, this role involves flexible shifts in a hospital-based setting, with no on-call requirements.

The Urology Role:

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Practice Setting: Hospital-Based (Inpatient)

Coverage Dates: 2/2/2026 – 3/31/2026

Schedule (Shifts and Hours):

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Percent of the Practice: 100% Inpatient

Required Procedures: General Urology

# of Urologists: 5

Lab Onsite: Yes

# of patients per shift: varies- 6-8 inpatients and call volume varies during the shift

# of surgeries: not helping in surgeries but post op care only.

Robotics required: no

Pediatrics required: not required

EMR: Meditech

Requirements:

MA license, active and unrestricted

Board Certified

BLS

NO malpractice, clean background

Copy of NPDB required to present (should be pulled in the last 30 days)
