Job Summary
- Position: Nurse Practitioner in Urology
- Location: Findlay, Ohio
- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually with bonus opportunities
- Assignment Duration: 91 days
- Start Date: ASAP
- Care Setting: Outpatient Urology Clinic
- Flexible scheduling with no call responsibilities
- Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Patient Load: 15-20 patients per day
- Procedures: Pre-operative evaluations, post-operative follow-up
Key Requirements
- Licensure: OH APRN license (or willing to obtain)
- Board Certified: AANP or ANCC
- Experience: Urology or Gynecology required
- Certifications: DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Vaccination: Required
