Job Summary
Position: Nurse Practitioner in Urology
Location: Findlay, Ohio
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually with bonus opportunities
Assignment Duration: 91 days
Start Date: ASAP
Care Setting: Outpatient Urology Clinic
Flexible scheduling with no call responsibilities
Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Patient Load: 15-20 patients per day
Procedures: Pre-operative evaluations, post-operative follow-up
Key Requirements
Licensure: OH APRN license (or willing to obtain)
Board Certified: AANP or ANCC
Experience: Urology or Gynecology required
Certifications: DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
Vaccination: Required
