Locums – APP – Nurse Practitioner – Urology, Washington

Seeking a Urology APP with strong independent practice experience
Nurse Practitioner highly preferred due to ability to work without a supervising physician
Provider will support both hospital and clinic-based urology services
Coverage needed due to gap in staffing

Assignment approved through 12/31/2026
Candidate must have an active Washington license in hand at time of presentation
Practice Setting
Inpatient and Outpatient
Coverage between:
Medical Center
Urology Clinic located approximately 1 mile away
Both hospital and clinic privileges required
Schedule Details
1.0 FTE
Standard schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00a–5:00p
9-hour shifts
Typical weekly breakdown:
3 clinic days
1 OR day
Includes:
7 days of unrestricted 24-hour call per month

Ages 17+
Average Patients Per Day: 18
Hospital Bed Count: 122
Clinical Responsibilities
Yearly refills
Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction
Manage kidney stones
Treat male incontinence
Perform cystoscopies
Surgical assist responsibilities
Standard urology procedures in both clinic and OR settings
Provider Requirements
Must be comfortable working independently/solo
Required recent clinical activity:
Applicant must provide case logs/documentation demonstrating scope and complexity of clinical services performed within the last 24 months
Certifications & EMR
Required Certifications:
BLS
ACLS
Certifications must be through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
