50857– Surgical Urology (NP/PA) Locum Role:

· Shifts: 8-hour days. Clinic 8a-5 p M-F.

· Scope: Diagnosis, Kidney Stones, Incontinence, Cystoscopies, Surgical Assist.

· Facility: beds 122. Both rounding and admissions.

· Patient Demographics: 17+. PPD: 18

· EMR: EPIC

Requirements of the Surgical Urology Role:

· WA state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand).

· Board Certified

· DEA, BLS, ACLS.

· CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained – work and education)
