Facility Location: San Francisco
This facility is seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: The provider will be seeing Gynecology patients for pap tests and Human papillomavirus (HPV) screenings.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 31-60 days
- EMR: Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
- Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): ASAP – 3 Months, with good possibility of extension
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Monday – Friday 8:30a-5:00p
- Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Outpatient Clinic Setting – Provider will be seeing GYN patients for PAPS and HPV screenings.
- Patients per Day/Volume: Scheduled 10 patients for morning 4 hours and afternoon 4 hours. Estimated 20 patients per day
- Support Staff: Full Support RN staff and LPN’s; Supervising Physician will be available
- Life certifications needed: BLS
