Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our women’s health and weight loss practice in Austin, TX. This position is ideal for a provider with a strong foundation in hormone replacement therapy or primary care who is passionate about delivering personalized, preventative, and results-driven care. The NP will play a key role in supporting women through all stages of life while promoting sustainable weight management and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive women’s health services, including annual exams, family planning, menopause care, and hormone replacement therapy
- Develop individualized medical weight loss programs incorporating nutrition, lifestyle modification, and appropriate treatment options
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and implement tailored care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Athena EMR
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Educate patients on preventive care strategies and long-term health optimization
- Stay informed on current clinical guidelines and advancements in women’s and metabolic health

Qualifications:
- Active Texas NP license
- Experience in Primary Care or Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Proficiency with Athena EMR
- Conversational Spanish preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
