ATC Healthcare is hiring for Locum - Nurse Practitioner - OB/GYN in Bad Axe, MI!!
- Flu - for current flu season
- Covid Documentation
- TB - within 12 months
- TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
Submission Requirements
- Board certified: [REQUIRED], willing to review Truly BE providers
- MI license: [REQUIRED], at time of name clear
- Local Provider - [REQUIRED] - will not cover flights
- DEA: [REQUIRED] at time of start
- No malpractice – [REQUIRED], no exceptions for quick credentialing
- Copy of the NPDB, self-query requires at presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) [REQUIRED]
- 2 years of recent Women's Health/OBGYN experience - [REQUIRED]
- ACLS/BLS - [REQUIRED]
Certification Requirements

- Board Certified
- DEA
State License Requirements
- Michigan
