Overview:
Our practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive women’s health and medical weight management care. This role focuses on hormone optimization, preventive services, and individualized treatment planning to support long-term wellness and metabolic health. Our team is committed to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on preventive and evidence-based practice.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (full-time or part-time available)
• Base salary $96,000–$125,000 plus bonus (up to ~$180,000 total compensation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hormone replacement therapy and hormone optimization care
• Manage women’s health services, including preventive exams and screenings
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support medically supervised weight management and metabolic health programs
• Deliver in-person and telehealth consultations as appropriate
• Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license
• DEA registration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or women’s health
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy
• Conversational Spanish fluency
