Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Women's Health
South of New Orleans, LA
Overview:
Our women's health practice south of New Orleans is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive gynecological and reproductive health care. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with a shortened Friday, within a supportive clinical team.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Competitive salary: $120,000–140,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hormone therapy
- Treat abnormal uterine bleeding
- Perform pap smears, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopies
- Insert and manage IUDs
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Provide birth control management, including prescription refills
Qualifications:
- Active, current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Louisiana
- Current national certification as a WHNP-BC or FNP-BC/FNP-C
- Minimum 3 years of WHNP/gynecology-focused experience
- Continuing education in women's health or gynecology preferred
