Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care to join our collaborative healthcare team in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized wound care plans, performing specialized procedures, and promoting optimal healing and outcomes. Enjoy a stable weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities in a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Call

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, focusing on wound assessment and management
- Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans
- Perform wound care procedures, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring healing progress
- Educate patients and families on wound care management, prevention, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes

Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
- Wound Care certification preferred (company support available for certification within first 9 months)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in wound care or a related specialty
- Strong clinical skills in wound assessment and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Energetic, self-motivated, and highly interested in wound care
