Key Responsibilities:

Deliver wound care services to patients in their homes
Assess wounds, perform measurements, and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer treatments and perform procedures as needed
Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
Experience or strong interest in wound care and home health
Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
Reliable transportation for travel between patient homes
Strong communication and patient education skills
