Overview:
Our outpatient clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare setting. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a variety of patient conditions while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Position Offers:
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive salary of $120,000–$130,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Support continuity of care through effective communication and follow-up

Qualifications:
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
