Job Description

  • Start Date:
    • ASAP Ongoing - pending credentialing.
  • Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
  • Length of Assignment:
    • 3 months with the possibility to extend
  • Qualifications:
    • At least 1-2 years of wound care experience needed as a provider
    • Experience with burns, complex wounds (e.g.diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers, arterial ulcers), wound VACs, compression management, debridement.
    • Wound care certification preferred.
  • Certifications:
    • BLS
  • Oregon License not required, but preferred.
  • Qualifications:
    • Board certified BC Required
  • 100% Outpatient
  • Credentialing:
    • 60-90 days
    • Can be quicker if there are no red flags; Absolutely no past disciplinary issue
