The Company: We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Infusion organization in the Fayetteville, NC Area. They are an organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care.
The Position
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all direct patient care, as well as financial/operational oversight in the territory assigned. The Clinical Nurse Manager works closely with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure safe, quality patient care while meeting financial and operational goals.

- $73,000 to $90,000 Based on Experience

Responsibilities:
- CPR certification required
- Ability to complete a patient assessment, have venous access skills and emergency patient care
- A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers
- Must be able to assume a flexible work schedule
Requirements:
- Active RN License in The State of NC
- two years of leadership experience
- Self-Starter that is highly motivated with the Ability to Take Over Day to Day Operations
- Mon-Friday 8am to 5pm
- CRNI or other infusion specialization is desirable
