Job Description
Admissions RN – Hospice Nurse
We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Stockbridge, GA area. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.
Our client is offering the following benefits:
- Annual Salary: $70,000-$80,000
- Sign On Bonus Potential
- Health Insurance-Employer more than 70% of premium
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Mileage Reimbursement-$0.43 per mile
- PTO-19 Days in your first year
- Paid Holidays-6 Federal

- Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.
Responsibilities:
- The Admissions RN Will See About 2-3 Patients Per Day
- The Admissions RN will be Responsible for Admitting Patients for Hospice Care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- 1 year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
- 2 years of in-Home Patient Care Experience-Required
- Familiarity with EMR systems -Preferred
