Clinical Manager – Hospice - RN
We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Pine Bluff, AR area. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.
Our client is offering the following benefits:
- Annual Salary: $75,000-$95,000
- Quarterly Leadership Bonus-Up to 10%
- Health Insurance-Employer Pays More Than 70% of Premium
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Mileage Reimbursement-$0.43 per mile or Car Allowance-$500 per month
- Cell Phone Reimbursement-$40 per month
- PTO-19 Days in Your First Year
- Paid Holidays-6 Federal
- Retirement Package: 401(k) with 3% Match
- Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Day to Day Operations, Activities, and the Patient Care Staff
- Oversee Quality Management Program
- Manages Case Management Staff
- Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas
- 1-2 years of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience
- 1-2 Years of Leadership Experience in a Hospice or Home Health setting
- 1-2 Years of In-Home Patient Care Experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems
