Position: Clinical Nurse Manager

Location: Nevada Pediatric Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage clinical staff, including nurses and medical assistants
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained
• Implement and monitor clinical policies and procedures
• Provide leadership, support, and training to clinical staff
• Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licensure
• Experience in pediatric care is essential
• Proven experience in managing and leading clinical teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
