Clinical Nurse Manager
(Tulsa, OK| Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with On-Call)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic nursing department. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide nursing teams, collaborate with physicians, and drive performance improvements that enhance both patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Competitive Salary: $96k – $125k (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and supervision of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

• Mentor, evaluate, and coach nursing personnel to support professional growth.

• Manage staffing resources, budget preparation, and ongoing expense reduction initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and other caregivers.

• Lead performance improvement activities, policy updates, and care pathway development.

• Facilitate smooth admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure patient flow.

• Respond quickly to patient or family concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop new programs and innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• RN license valid in Oklahoma or multistate.

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (diploma or degree).

• 2–4 years of related nursing leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of disease state management, care pathways, and clinical models.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
