NEW Clinical Research Nurse Manager – Full Time, Days (8:30A–4P)

Join a leading academic research organization as a Clinical Research Nurse Manager, where you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing and advancing clinical research operations. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a strong salary and excellent benefits.

Position Overview:
The Clinical Research Nurse Manager works closely with the Director of Clinical Research Operations to ensure high-quality management, planning, and execution of clinical research programs. This role provides leadership and supervision for research nurses, coordinators, and other patient care professionals, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and institutional research regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical research operations and staff performance.

• Support compliance and quality assurance across all research studies.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement research initiatives.

• Mentor and guide nursing and research staff to ensure excellence in patient care and protocol adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Nursing preferred).

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Certification in one or more of the following:

  • ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

  • SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)

  • ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate

  • BLS certification

• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical trials operations.

• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a research setting.

Compensation:
Estimated salary range: $105,000 – $140,000/year, based on experience.
