We are seeking a qualified and available Home Health Clinical Director Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing and successful team.

For the Home Health Clinical Director Registered Nurse (RN) we offer the following compensation package:

• $110,000-$130,000 + Annual Salary (Depending on Experience)
• $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
• Quarterly Performance Incentive Metric Bonus
• 10% Salary Bonus Opportunity - Paid Quarterly
• Mileage Reimbursement - $0.43 per Mile

• 19 Days of PTO - Accrued Starts 1st day of employment - Available for Use at 90 Fays

Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
• Minimal Call Coverage – By Phone Only

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• 1 + Years’ Experience in a Home Health Leadership, Supervisory, or Director Level Role
• 2 + Years’ Experience as a Field Home Health Nurse
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - Preferred
• Active and Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
• OASIS Documentation Experience/Knowledge – Preferred
• BLS Certification
• Strong Interpersonal, Oral, and Written Communication Skills
