RN Home Health Administrator

We are a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Home Health organization based in the Norwood, MA area covering all of Massachusetts. We are currently searching for a new Branch Director due to the relocation of this employee, to join our team.

Compensation Package:

• $125,000 Salary (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing Boston, Taunton, Norwood, and Braintree Areas
• Reporting to the Vice President of Operations
• Providing Support On Call and Admin On Call (When Needed)
• Takes a lead role with the Home Health interdisciplinary team in the implementation of operating policies and procedures
• Provides Field Support (Minimal - Emergencies Only)

Job Requirements

• Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM EST
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts Required
• 5 Years of Home Health Leadership Experience
• Experience and Understanding in OASIS
• Minimum Bachelors in Nursing BSN
• Knowledge of Home Health Concepts, Practices, and Procedures
• Company Utilizes Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
