Job Description
Salary: $45.43-72.74/hr with up to 15% annual performance incentive
Relocation: Case by Case
Shift: M-F; NO WEEKENDS
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or MSN
At least 3 years clinical experience in area of supervision
Current Georgia RN licensure
BLS – American Heart Association
Other certifications based on clinical area supervised
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
Assume responsibility for clinical and resource management of unit (24hrs/day).
Integrate the department’s services with the hospital’s primary functions and mission.
Coordinate and integrate services within their department and with other departments.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide and support provision of patient care and services.
Oversee care of population served by providing support and expertise to staff.
