Job Description
A beautiful long-term care facility located near La Grande, OR, is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team!
- Pay: $93,000 - $144,000 annually
Director of Nursing (DON) Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Schedule: Mon – Fri, day shift
- $20,000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!
Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Oversee clinical processes and staff scheduling
- Participate in care planning and quality improvement efforts
Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:
- Current valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelors degree in Nursing at minimum
- BLS Certification or the ability to obtain
- At least 2 years leadership experience
- Long-term care experience preferred
