Your Role

• Develop and execute strategic, consumer-focused growth plans for surgical services

• Collaborate across hospitals, ambulatory centers, urgent care, and surgical centers to drive service line growth

• Partner with executive leadership to prepare business cases, oversee capital planning, and ensure quality resources

• Provide leadership to support patient outcomes, program development, and operational efficiency
