Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Salary Range: $30-$42 per hour
Duration of Assignment: 1 year
Start Date: 11/30/2025
End Date: 11/30/2026
Care Setting: Long-term care with 73 beds
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Number of Shifts per Month: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Procedures: Various rehabilitation therapies
Key Requirements
Licensure: Required in the state of Oklahoma
Preferred Qualifications: PTA or COTA, open to OT and PT
Board Certified: Not specified
Certifications: P-DOR
Vaccination: Required
