Position Details:

• Role: RN Supervisor
• Schedule: Full-Time | 3x12-hour shifts
• Setting: Critical Access Hospital (includes ER and Skilled Nursing unit)

Position Overview:

• Provide leadership and daily operational oversight across Med/Surg and ER units
• Support nursing staff and collaborate with clinical leadership
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
• Act as a resource for staff and assist with problem-solving and patient flow
• Help maintain efficient operations across multiple departments

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Active New York RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
