We are seeking a Director of Nursing with proven skilled nursing leadership to oversee clinical operations in a Marietta facility. This role ensures high-quality patient care, strong staff support, and full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily clinical operations and delivery of skilled nursing care
Collaborate with physicians to coordinate individualized care plans
Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff in a skilled care environment
Prepare for and guide surveys, inspections, and audits
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards
Monitor patient outcomes, quality indicators, and staff performance
Promote excellence in geriatric and rehabilitative care

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing leadership experience
Extensive experience in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
Previous ADON experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills in skilled nursing
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
Commitment to high-quality geriatric patient care
