Location: Greater Augusta / Central Savannah River Area (South Carolina)

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Plan, implement, and coordinate nursing education, orientation, and retention initiatives.
  • Quality & Compliance: Analyze and develop programs to improve patient outcomes and physician relations while ensuring full regulatory oversight.
  • Mentorship: Serve as the primary leader for psychiatric nursing associates, fostering professional development and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program. BSN required; Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred (candidates currently pursuing an MSN will be considered).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare, with a strong preference for nursing leadership and at least 5 years of management experience.
  • Specialization: Strong background in Behavioral Health is essential.
  • Licensure: Current South Carolina Nursing License (or compact) and CPR certification.
