Hematology/Oncology Nursing Director – Boston, MA
We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Nursing Director for a permanent leadership opportunity in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader with recent hematology/oncology management experience looking to join a highly respected healthcare organization.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- Recent leadership experience in hematology/oncology required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $190K–$250K salary range
- Full benefits package
