A leading healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Patient Care Supervisor in Labor & Delivery on the night shift.

This is a leadership opportunity for an L&D RN who thrives in a fast-paced maternity environment and is ready to take on unit coordination, clinical oversight, and staff support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership for the Labor & Delivery unit during assigned shifts
• Coordinate staffing assignments and patient flow
• Support and mentor nursing staff in real time
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care delivery
• Assist with escalated clinical situations and decision-making support
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Promote patient- and family-centered care throughout the unit

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery or Women’s Services experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
• BSN strongly preferred or required depending on facility standards
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
