Location: Boston, MA

Overview:
Our organization is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership across multiple locations throughout the Greater Boston area. Our role oversees nursing operations, quality assurance, and staff development to support high-quality patient care.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard office hours, with a rotating weekend once a month
• Competitive pay: $100,000 per year +

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations across care teams
• Manage patient care delivery and care planning processes
• Supervise nursing staff, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Develop and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Support staff development, training, and leadership growth
• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in nursing or clinical supervision (DON/ADON or equivalent)
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance preferred
