Overview:
Our organization in Boston is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations across care teams. This role combines hands-on staff supervision with quality assurance and regulatory compliance oversight.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard office hours, with a rotating weekend once every 4-5 weeks (offsetting weekday off provided)
• Competitive pay: $105,000–$120,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations across care teams
• Manage patient care delivery and care planning processes
• Supervise nursing staff, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Develop and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Support staff development, training, and leadership growth
• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in nursing or clinical supervision (DON/ADON or equivalent)
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance preferred
