Job Description

(RN) Nurse - Administrative Director of Surgery Center

Qualifications:
Must have Current PA RN License.
Must have BS in nursing.
Minimum 5 years experience - Ambulatory surgery center management experience.

Compensation:
Salary: 75k-95k (based on experience)
Sign on bonus $25,000 - paid out at 6, 12,18, 24 months.
Possible Relocation Assistance provided.

Position Purpose:
Reports to the Director of Surgical Services.
Creates, directs, and implements the policies and procedures for the outpatient surgical function.
Assures that the facility meets all related local, state, federal, and accrediting body rules and regulations.
Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and physicians.
Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards.
