Nurse Manager

We are currently working with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Home Healthcare organization that serves the Duluth, MN area. They are committed to the quality of care and their patients.

Compensation & Benefits Package

  • $80,000 - $100,000 Depending on Experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Nurse Manager with Small Case Load
  • Co-Ordinated Routes to Limit Travel

Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health evaluation, monitoring the client's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services and educational and training activities.

Submits clinical notes, submits progress notes and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated.

Job Requirements

  • Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota-Required Upon Hire
  • 2 Years in Home Care Experience
  • OASIS-D Experience Preferred
  • EMR-Devero
  • Monday-Friday 8 to 5
