NEW ED Nurse Manager - Southern Arizona

Seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Nurse Manager to lead and coordinate patient care services in our Emergency and Outpatient departments. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this role ensures delivery of safe, efficient care, staff development, policy implementation, and operational excellence. $15k relocation bonus AND $20k sign on bonus offered!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily ED operations, staffing, and patient care coordination

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate ER nurses and techs

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures

• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to maintain care standards

• Monitor budgets, equipment needs, and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

• RN licensed in Arizona (BSN preferred)

• 2–5 years of recent ER clinical experience

• Proven leadership experience in emergency care

• Current ACLS & CPR; PALS within 6 months; CEN/trauma certs preferred
