Emergency Department Manager – Full-Time Opportunity in Southern Arizona

A hospital south of Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Emergency Department Manager to join their leadership team!

Emergency Department Manager Pay & Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Sign-On + Relocation Assistance Available Case by Case

Emergency Department Manager Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Responsibilities: Oversee operations of the Emergency and Cardiopulmonary Departments under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer. Provide leadership and support for ER Techs and nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery. Collaborate with medical staff to establish and maintain standards of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and organizational development efforts. Apply evidence-based practices to drive emergency care excellence.

Emergency Department Manager Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of recent ER clinical experience required
  • Prior leadership experience in emergency care
  • BSN and/or specialty certification preferred
  • Current ACLS, PALS (or obtained within 6 months), and CPR; CEN or trauma training preferred
