Nurse Manager, Emergency Department – $20K Sign-On + Free Medical Coverage
A hospital near Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead their Emergency Department.
Nurse Manager, Emergency Department Pay & Perks:
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
- Sign-On: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000
- Medical Coverage: Free, non-contributory coverage for you and your family
Nurse Manager, Emergency Department Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Nurse Manager, Emergency Department Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the Emergency and Cardiopulmonary Departments under the CNO
- Provide leadership and support for ER Techs and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with medical staff to set and maintain care standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and organizational development
- Apply evidence-based practices to enhance emergency care outcomes
Nurse Manager, Emergency Department Requirements:
- 2–5 years of recent ER clinical experience required
- Prior leadership experience in emergency care
- BSN and/or specialty certification preferred
- Current ACLS, PALS (or obtained within 6 months), and CPR; CEN or trauma training preferred
