Shift Details
Full-time, Days
Oversees 18-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 12 patients and 26 FTEs.

Your Role

  • Provide hands-on leadership to NICU nursing staff, ensuring quality, patient-centered care

  • Drive performance improvement and adherence to evidence-based practices

  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and budget to optimize efficiency

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to staff nurses and emerging leaders
