We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager for our Level IV Neonatal ICU (NICU) to lead a high-performing team in a premier women’s and children’s hospital. • Rotating shifts: 3p–11p and 11p–7a

• Weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities

Your Role

• Assist the Director in all department activities to ensure coordinated care and adherence to the hospital mission, vision, and values

• Oversee NICU nursing staff, providing clinical support, guidance, and mentorship

• Lead performance improvement initiatives to ensure continuous quality improvement

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Women’s Services Units

• Support the development of policies, procedures, and standards of care in the NICU
