We’re hiring a Nurse Manager who wants work-life balance and mission-driven purpose.

You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role focused on clinic operations, staff development, and vaccine coordination. Clinical care is occasional. You’ll lead a well-supported team and help shape high-quality patient experiences in a mission-aligned, community health setting.

You’ll practice in Brighton, Massachusetts—an energetic Boston neighborhood known for its walkability, university influence, and cultural vibrancy, with easy access to public transportation, top-tier hospitals, and great food.

• You are a Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts
• You bring at least 1–2 years of leadership in a primary care
• You train, support, and empower care teams
• You are fluent in EMR systems and patient flow management
• You’re BLS-certified and highly collaborative
• You’re welcome here if you’re bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole, but it is not required

Compensation & Benefits
• $91,500–$108,000 base salary
