Responsibilities

  • Monday- Friday Schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm
    • With some oversite from 5:00-7:00pm
  • Ambulatory Clinic in Brighton- Outpatient services focusing on routine, preventative and diagnostic care as well as treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and appropriate staff coverage
  • Supervise, train and support new RNs and MAs across primary care, lab, and satellite service areas
  • Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing clinical education for new and existing staff
  • Serve as Site Vaccine Manager, coordinating inventory and vaccination tracking
  • Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance improvement, and recruitment efforts
  • Conduct annual evaluations and address personnel matters in partnership with HR
  • Manage clinical supplies, equipment functionality, and compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain up-to-date workflows, policies, and procedures
  • Act as a clinical RN when needed and support interdisciplinary collaboration

Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in Community Health or Primary Care setting required
  • Bilingual or Bicultural Preferred- Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian- Creole
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office
