Hospital located about an hour from Wichita, KS is looking for a full-time permanent Nurse Manager to join their team. Details are below.
Salary: $86,652 - $145,017/annually + $5,000 sign-on bonus!
Nurse Manager Opportunity:
- Responsible for direction of the Emergency Department staff.
- Supports and empowers staff to embrace the mission and value statements of the hospital.
- Uses the triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients.
- Manages staff in the Emergency Department, provides management of operational and nursing activities
- Nurse Manager reports to the CNO
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing with three (3) or more years experience in all aspects of critical care nursing preferred.
- Nurse Manager must have current RN License within the state of practice.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Successful completion of critical care course.
