Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a supervisory role supporting a home-based care program serving a diverse patient population from pediatrics through geriatrics. This leadership position oversees a team of caregivers while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and complex home care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical assessments and admissions for new and existing patients
Oversee and support caregivers through supervision and clinical guidance
Perform routine supervisory home visits to ensure quality and compliance
Manage care for patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
Collaborate with families and care teams to support individualized care plans
Ensure continuity and coordination of home-based clinical services
Maintain adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in home care or community health
Strong assessment and independent clinical decision-making skills
Comfort working in home-based care settings with diverse patient populations
Experience or strong interest in IDD care strongly preferred
