Job Description
Overview
Our IT Senior Systems Administrator implements and supports IT system and network infrastructure. This includes data centers, networks, storage, servers, infrastructure applications, and security.
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree in related area from an accredited college or university
Experience:
- Five (5) or more years technical support experience
- Must be fully able to perform hands on support for assigned systems
- Expertise in multiple technical disciplines including Data Centers, Networks, Storage, Servers, and Security
- Ability to speak comfortably with technical and non-technical users
- Proven record of success managing projects to successful completion
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Licenses/Certifications:
- A combination of Cisco, VMware, EMC and Microsoft certification required
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent professional support to the CCS organization
- Plan and Design new installations and changes to IT Infrastructure.
- Monitor, Administer, Support, and Trouble shoot assigned IT Infrastructure.
- Develop system documentation and procedures related to assigned IT Infrastructure.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members, IT Team, and Leadership.
