Job Description
A facility near Dodge City, KS is seeking a Risk Manager to join their quality and risk team.
Pay starting at $43.00/hr (or more based on experience)
Risk Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Relocation assistance available on a case by case basis
- The risk manager will identifies and mitigate clinical and operational risks to support patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Investigates incidents, monitors risk exposure, and supports staff training to reduce liability.
- Associate's Degree or higher in healthcare related field required
- Previous experience with risk prevention in a healthcare setting required
- Experience supervising a team required
- Experience with quality assurance preferred, but not required
